Need for speed 4:
1) Enter Pursuit Mode and choose a cop car.
When the game starts, hold L1 and press UP to turn off your sirens.
The person running will slow down. When you've caught up to him, press L1 + UP to turn
your sirens back on, then pull him over.
2) Drunk Mode:- After selecting your car, press Start to load the race,
then before the loading screen appears, immediately hold Up+L2+R1. Continue to hold the
buttons until the loading screen disappears. The screen will now be blurred, giving the
effect you are drunk.
3)Easy Money After buying your first car go to two-player mode and select High Stakes.
It will ask you if you want to save; select YES. After accessing memory slot 1 it will
ask for memory card 2. Take the card out of slot #1 and place it in #2. The game will
think it's a different memory card and will duplicate your car. Now all you have to do
is beat yourself (easy :-) and sell the car you won.
4) First, go to the audio options from the main menu. Then go to the cd player and select
it. Go all the way to the bottom, and there are two music tracks that are turned off. Just
turn them on, and you can listen to them while your driving.
5)Super Cop Cars To get the Super Cop Cars, You must arrest 10 speeders within the given
time limit.
6)To turn on the blinker, while driving hold L1 and then press left or right. To turn on
the lights in the day hold L1 while driving and then press down and the lights will turn on.
7) here's another Need For Speed: High Stakes cheat for the Playstation. Type WHIRLY as your username to reveal the helicopter! ( only availablein test drive mode with one play not 2 players)
8)Dashboard Enabler: Select any mode, select a track, then when you are in the car screen,
as soon as you hit Race, press Up + Triangle + X. Hold these buttons through the loading
screen and once you see the game scenery, release the buttons. Now when it goes to your
inside car view, you should see the dashboard. If you don't see a dashboard the first time,
I suggest you try again, because sometimes it doesn't work.
9) TURBO MODE : To have Turbo Mode, you must have done the Dashboard cheat. I heard that
once you have the dashboard, you have turbo mode with it, but this is a seperate way to
have just turbo mode. So once you've accomplished getting the dashes, quit the race.
Do all the steps again to get the dash. This time when you get into the car, your should
see a dashboard but something more. Once the race starts, hit accel and then press your
horn (UP) and then your car should go turbo (twice as fast as it did before), once you
release the up button the turbo is off, you can always press up for turbo, it is unlimited
and it stays in the game in any mode until you turn it off.
10) Disabling Dashboards and/or Turbo Mode: Once you've got turbo mode and the dashboard
enabled, do the dashboard code again, and then the dashboard and turbo mode should be
disabled.
11) Enter HOTROD as your user name And you should get the TITAN car.
12)Enter flash for the Phantom Car.
13)Enter bigoven to have English speaking cops on all tracks.
14) Press and Hold (LEFT+CIRCLE+SQUARE) immediately after pressing the X button,
or Start button for a race. This will work in all modes, and only needs to be
inputted once it will remain active until the system power is turned off. With
this code in place you can drive straight into other cars like traffic, Police
roadblocks without crashing as normal although your speed will slightly decrease.
Note: Spike Strips/Stingers will still disable your car, and you can still crash
into immovable objects.
